These Terms of Service apply to all work carried out by CMH Electrical Ltd.
Quotes
Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Any work requested outside the original quoted scope may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with you before the work is completed where practicable.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST.
Payment
Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice.
Late payments may incur administration or collection costs where applicable.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing safe access to the property.
Advising us of any known hazards.
Ensuring access to the work area at the agreed appointment time.
Electrical Work
All electrical work is completed in accordance with New Zealand electrical regulations and standards.
Where required, an Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC) and/or Certificate of Compliance (CoC) will be supplied.
Customer-Supplied Equipment
Where customers provide their own equipment or materials, CMH Electrical cannot guarantee those products or accept responsibility for manufacturer defects or failures.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied by CMH Electrical.
Our workmanship is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, CMH Electrical's liability is limited to the value of the services supplied.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
